Medicines, cough suppressants ( antitussives )
The combined use of the ACC 200 and medicines , cough suppressants ( antitussive ) , can lead to dangerous retention of mucus due to suppressing the cough reflex . Therefore , be sure to consult your doctor before use combined .
Medicines for treatment of bacterial infections (antibiotics)
Taking the antibiotic tetracycline hydrochloride should be done separately from taking ACC 200 and at intervals of at least 2 hours (this does not apply to doxycycline )

Co-administration of ACC 200 with glycerol trinitrate ( nitroglycerin ) may lead to enhancement of its vasodilatory effect and kravorazrezhdasht .

Adults and children over 14 years:
1 sachet 2-3 times per day (corresponding to 400-600 mg daily acetylcysteine ) .
Children 6 to 14 years
1 sachet 2 times per day (corresponding to 400 mg of acetylcysteine daily).
Cystic Fibrosis
Children over 6 years
1 sachet 3 times per day ( 600 mg acetylcysteine daily).
When and how to take ACC 200 powder for oral solution ?
ACC 200 is taken after a meal .
Please mix the powder in a glass of water and drink the entire contents of the cup. Mucolytic effect of ACC 200 increases when taking more fluids.
How long can you take ACC 200 powder for oral solution?
ACC 200 should not be taken for more than 4-5 days without medical advice. The duration of treatment depends on the type and severity of the disease, and should be determined by the attending physician .
What should I do if ACC 200 powder for oral solution has been adopted in very large quantities ( intentional or unintentional overdose ) ?

Very rarely were reported cases of allergic reactions ( such as itching, hives , rashes , shortness of breath (especially in asthmatic patients), increased heart rate and lowering blood pressure.
Bronchospasm ( airway narrowing ) was observed very rarely, predominantly in patients with bronchial asthma.

What measures should be taken in relation to the side effects ?
ACC 200 is not to be taken again , if the hypersensitivity reaction occurs.
Please tell your doctor if such reactions occur , to allow it to assess the extent and severity and , if necessary, take appropriate measures.
Storage Instructions :
The shelf-life of the drug is printed on the packaging .
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

Do not store above 25 ° C
