Magnesium Diasporal® 295.7mg/5g, granules for oral solution - the only pharmaceutical in Germany with pure magnesium citrate as it naturally occurs in the human body. Therefore, it is biocompatible and fast-acting.
TIPP: In cases of nocturnal calf cramps it is best to take in the evening!
Magnesium-Diasporal® 295.7mg/5g mg is used to treat and prevent magnesium deficiency. Nervous system and muscle complaints (tremors, muscle cramps, tetany) and changes in personality can all be symptoms of magnesium deficiency.

Unless otherwise prescribed, the following daily intake applies:
Dissolve the content of 1 sachet of Magnesium-Diasporal® 295.7mg/5g granules in a glass of water, juice or tea (200 ml). Once a day.
1 sachet (5 g) contains the medically active ingredient:
- Magnesium citrate (calculated anhydrous) 1856.6 mg
- Magnesium content: 295.7mg/5g

Sucrose (sugar), citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, riboflavin, orange flavouring
